All items purchased from Oakham mobility are at the request of the purchaser. Whilst we are able to give advice on specific products, we cannot advise in relation to any specific individual.
We aim to ship your product right away and as such we ask you to pay in full upon placing you order. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will contact you to let you know and suspend your payment if required. All purchases made through Buy now paypal will be charged online in full.
We cannot offer payment terms.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We can normally get products to you within 3-7 working days but can achieve this quicker if required -please ask us and we will do our best!
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Almost all of the products on this site will be exempt of any VAT when purchased by, or for, an individual who will be using the product to aid their comfort or mobility. We will simply record the product purchased and the condition from which you suffer, at the time of purchase. This information will be made available to the VAT office should they request but not to any other persons.
WE must have an active contact phone number for each order received so our delivery team can contact you to confirm your delivery date.
